By integrating AI technologies—such as generative design, predictive analytics, and machine learning—into the prototyping process, designers can significantly accelerate iteration cycles, improve precision, and enhance user-centered innovation. This research examines how AI-powered prototyping tools help teams rapidly create, test, and refine product models while making data-driven adjustments that align more closely with user needs. The paper reviews case studies from industries that have successfully implemented AI-enhanced prototyping, demonstrating how the technology not only speeds up the development process but also reduces risk by providing real-time feedback and insights.
